All Okami devices purchased from authorized dealers have a standard 12-month warranty. Inside the box with the vacuum cleaner is a warranty card with the date of sale and a hologram, which is a guarantee that your device will be repaired in case of a breakdown.

Warranty Period
The standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of sale. During this period, if your robot vacuum cleaner fails, we will repair it for free. The components are always available at the central service center.

Extended Comfort and Premium warranty plans are available for robot vacuum cleaners. See the product page for details.

How to hand my device in for repair?
The process of handing the robot vacuum cleaner in to the service center depends on the selected warranty plan:

Standart
  • For residents of Moscow: independent visit to the service center to hand the robot vacuum cleaner in for repair
  • For other cities: free delivery to the service from the pick-up point of the transport company and back
Comfort
  • Free delivery to the service from your door and back
Premium
  • Free delivery to the service from your door and back

Repair Period
Your device will be in repair for a maximum of 45 days. In 90% of cases, repairs take about a week, depending on the availability of spare parts at a particular service center.

The repair time depends on the selected warranty plan:

Standart
  • Standard maintenance period
Comfort
  • Maintenance period — up to 10 days
Premium
  • Maintenance period — up to 3 days
Other Warranty Terms
Other warranty terms include:
1) Products must be purchased from authorized Okami dealers. You do not need a receipt.
2) The device must not have signs of physical impact, deformation, etc.
3) The device must not have signs of moisture on the internal components and assemblies.
4) The warranty period for the battery is 3 months. Please carefully read the battery usage instructions that come with your robot vacuum cleaner. The basic rule is not to leave the robot discharged for long periods of time, as this leads to a decrease in battery capacity.
My warranty has expired, what should i do?
We care about all of our products whenever they are purchased. If you have a breakdown after the warranty expires, contact us at the store and we will repair your vacuum cleaner cheaper than any other third-party service center.
Exchange & Refund
We are governed by the Federal Law On Protection of Consumers' Rights. You can return your serviceable device with all the documents and the box intact within the time frame specified by the Federal Law.
