OKAMI is a social product serviced by LLC Okami(Hereinafter referred to as LLC Okami). To state how OKAMI records, uses and stores your personal information and what rights you have, LLC Okami will explain in detail to you via this guidelines. The key points are as follows:

3. Users can cancel all personal data through the customer service within the App. OKAMI does not make reservations.

i. LLC Okami will explain each type of your personal information recorded by it and the corresponding use in detail, so that you can understand the type, reason and recording way of specific personal information that LLC Okami records for a particular function.
ii. LLC Okami will record some of your information after obtaining your consent when you use some functions. For example, LLC Okami will record the information of your mobile phone number when you register your account with your mobile phone number. Refusal to provide such information will only make it impossible to use certain features, but will not affect your ability to use other features of OKAMI, unless it must be recorded as required by applicable laws and regulations.
iii. At present, OKAMI does not actively share or transfer your personal information to any third parties. LLC Okami will ask for your express consent when there is any other situation to share or transfer your personal information.
iv. At present, OKAMI does not actively obtain your personal information from any third parties. In the course of your use of the OKAMI service, OKAMI records the information that you provide actively when you use the service, or the information generated by the use of the service, to provide services to you, optimize LLC Okami's services, and secure your account:

This information is recorded to help you complete your OKAMI registration and to protect the security of your OKAMI account. 2. Information Storage

In general, LLC Okami retains your personal information only for the time necessary to achieve its goals, such as:
Mobile phone number: If you need to use the OKAMI service, LLC Okami needs to keep your mobile number all the time to ensure that you can use the service normally. When you cancel the OKAMI account, LLC Okami will delete the corresponding information;
Should the operation of LLC Okami's products or service terminate, LLC Okami will inform you in the form of push notifications, announcements, etc., and delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period of time.

2) Contact the online customer service to apply for cancellation;
Note: When you finished canceling your account, LLC Okami will delete or anonymize your personal information.
7. Modification
LLC Okami may revise this guidelines in due course. When the terms of the guidelines are modified, LLC Okami will show you the modified guidelines in the form of pushing notifications and pop-ups when you log in and release updates. Please note that LLC Okami will record, use and store your personal information in accordance with the updated guidelines only after you click the agree button in the popup window.
8. Protection for Minors
LLC Okami attaches great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. According to the relevant laws and regulations, if you are a minor under the age of 18, you must obtain prior written consent from your parent or legal guardian before using the services of OKAMI. If you are a guardian of a minor, please contact LLC Okami through the contact details in Section 10 when you have any questions about the personal information of the minor you are escorting.
9. Others

After the terms of this Agreement have been edited, if you continue to use the Software, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Agreement. 9.3 The signing place of this agreement is Longgang District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, the People's Republic of China.
9.4 The establishment, taking effect, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the Conflict of laws).
9.5 If there is any dispute between you and LLC Okami, you should first settle it through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the people's court where the agreement is signed.
9.6 The headings of all the terms of this Agreement are for convenient reading only, which have no actual meaning and cannot be used as a basis for interpretation of the meaning of this Agreement.
9.7 The terms of this Agreement are partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, and the remaining terms are still valid and binding on both parties.
9.8 All notices sent to users can be sent via push messages, website announcements, emails or regular mail. Modifications to the Terms of Service, alteration to the Service, or notices of other important events will be made in these forms.
