Delivery
- Delivery in Moscow, Moscow Region, St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region is free of charge. Typically the courier service can deliver your purchase on the day of your order. In Moscow Region and Leningrad Region, delivery up to 20 km from MKAD (KAD) is also free. If desired, it can be made on the day of the order. Addresses located further than 20 km. from MKAD (KAD) are delivered with CDEK.
- Delivery to other regions of Russia is free of charge. It is carried out by CDEK or EMS (for small towns where there are no CDEK pick-up points). You can choose the type of delivery - to the pick-up point or to your door. The price will not change. It is always free of charge for you. After ordering, you can request the invoice number and track the current status of your order. Typically the delivery time in Russia is 2-5 days. Upon receipt, you can check the goods before paying.
- Pickup. Come visit us, we are located in the Neo Geo Business Center on 17 Butlerova St. and in the Moscow Business Center on 2B Alexander Nevsky Square in St. Petersburg. Call ahead so we can order a pass for you.
